Purpose and Use
The content and information posted on the AIIB Sites are for informational purposes only. Information on products and services may pertain to limited geographic areas and markets.

No Offer
None of the content and information posted on the AIIB Sites may be deemed to constitute an offer by AIIB. AIIB expressly reserves the right to decline any request made on basis of the content and information of the AIIB Sites for a tender by AIIB.

Orders for AIIB products cannot and may not be placed over the AIIB Sites.

All logos, trade marks and service marks displayed on the Golden Leaf Sites are either owned by AIIB or used under licence by AIIB.

Any unauthorized use of content or information posted on the AIIB Sites and any unauthorized reproduction, retransmission or other use of any part of the AIIB Sites may constitute an infringement of AIIB’s or third parties’ copyrights, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights.

No Liability
AIIB will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, claims of third parties, delay damage or punitive damages resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the AIIB Sites or any linked Internet site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not AIIB knows of the possibility of such damage.

You use the AIIB Sites and rely on the content and information therein at your own risk.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Privacy Policy
AIIB treats personal data and information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

AIIB may use “cookies” to “remember” information about your preferences. You can set up your web browser to accept or reject the “cookies”.

The information that AIIB collects and stores during your use of the AIIB Sites is used to monitor use of the AIIB Sites and to help the further development of the same. Such use does not result in any personally identifiable data being collected or stored. All communication or materials you transmit to AIIB, such as your name, company, industry, postal address, email address, type of request and possible further information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and you agree that AIIB may use such communication or materials for its purposes. If the information you supply relates to an application for employment with AIIB it will be processed only for this purpose. Unsuccessful applications will be destroyed properly after a maximum period of 12 months.
