IBI Audit Procedure
The Project or System criteria should comply with the following entrant/qualification for the Green Building assessment:-
(a) Buildings designed based on the concept of intelligent green building;
(b) Existing buildings renovated with intelligent green building techniques;
(c) Intelligent green building systems implemented on the buildings of (1) and/or (2).
(d) Intelligent green buildings and/or systems involved certain carbon neutral and artificial intelligence technology approach
Application of the Intelligent Green Building project/system should have been implemented in Intelligent Building Design/ Performance/ Renovation for the assessment.
The first step of submission for the Project or System
(a) Fill out the IBI Audit Application Form.
(b) Check your project or system to meet with the above criteria for the assessment.
(c) Submit the application form together with any photographs (high definition photographs no smaller than 1920 x 1080P), to the attention of AIIB Audit to quote with the assessment fee.

Qualification is a professional qualification at HKIE corporate membership level or equivalent in a construction or engineering discipline and ten years of related working experience.
Remark : IBI Auditor training, which will provide 39-hour comprehensive training course for candidates to become an Authorized Auditor of Intelligent Building Index of AIIB under the passed examination. The training course is to give a brief introduction to various new and existing assessment schemes in the international standard requirement of design, installation & operation. The training will provide the principle, mathematics, procedures and details of elements in the IBI Manual for the trainee to carry out a full assessment on an existing & New intelligent building.
